    <content type="html">Well, today went pretty good, Im pretty sure i had under 500 cals, and then today I probably screwed up at lunch, but Ill just try and not eat much for the rest of the day. Thankfully I dont feel like crap, like a usually do when i have too much food.&lt;br /&gt;:]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im thinking about doing a liquid fast tomorrow, but I think I'll just have some coffee in the morning, and then whatever is for dinner. That seems to be working for me pretty well. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ALSO, does anyone have any ideas on how to bring up scales to your parents? I really need one but I know my mom is going to suspect im ana or something if i bring it up, and i would rather she dosent know.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;any ideas?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks!&lt;br /&gt;xoxo massie</content>
