Quick question!

how do you make the writing white, like if i wanna list the food I've eaten?
I've always written posts, but just not written anything about food, and I figure i should know by now!

could anyone help meee?

Well, today went pretty good, Im pretty sure i had under 500 cals, and then today I probably screwed up at lunch, but Ill just try and not eat much for the rest of the day. Thankfully I dont feel like crap, like a usually do when i have too much food.

Im thinking about doing a liquid fast tomorrow, but I think I'll just have some coffee in the morning, and then whatever is for dinner. That seems to be working for me pretty well.

ALSO, does anyone have any ideas on how to bring up scales to your parents? I really need one but I know my mom is going to suspect im ana or something if i bring it up, and i would rather she dosent know.

any ideas?

god  
i screwed up again, and i was doing so well, but then i had to go to my friends house and pig out. God i hate myself. I cant believe it. UGH.
tomorrow im not eating anything until dinner because my friends are coming over and im gonna have to probably eat pizza.
EW.

i REALLY need a text buddy who lives in the US with verizon.

Does anyone know of a good site that can tell me how many calories im burning for doing stuff like running, biking, walking ect?
